In this section as far as it is obviously possible, I shall try to tell about people anyhow involved in power structures of city.

To you it is clear that tell true tale about people of this category, extremely difficult. It is difficult, because they are reluctantly open before environment surrounding them. For the different reasons into which number can enter: the modesty, healthy unwillingness to speak about itself and to be praised by successes and achievements, dirty conscience, a dirty way to structures of authority, immoral behaviour and is a lot of others.

The some people we, as inhabitants of this city, could be proud. About others, there is nothing to tell if to speak about the third on tongue idiomatic expressions (read - "f-words") are goes.

Nevertheless, we cannot, probably, at this stage of development of mankind, do without them - people authority held and thirsty it for whatever reasons.

Their life, as a rule, is hidden from the majority of people. They as knights of a raincoat and a dagger, try as much as possible as far as it is possible, to close access to the information on them and their mutual relations with this world and people not included (and included) in their elite group. However, they are compelled to speak about themselves, even in the form of autobiographical information and the resume, selective leaflets and pre-election campaigns.

Their significant part becomes known due to that they manage to make in this life - on the field. They, as a rule, very much like their workplaces, mutual relations with people to which they are obliged by promotion in authority, an opportunity "to taxi" somebody in this life.

Somewhere I could read that as a rule, people got in authority, achieve it not without reason: they ostensibly sent from above. Due to their congenital skill to supervise and organize weight to influence minds and hearts of surrounding "commoners". Certainly, it in a small degree does not concern the official of the city mayoralty or director of the municipal unitary enterprise. Nevertheless, probably, it can be extrapolated and on them.

In addition, it is no wonder, that they "are everywhere forced down" in cream of that society in which live also which operate.

They are friends families and houses, they create "favourable parties" for themselves, children and relatives. In their environment and on their examples all defects of mankind and persons - moral decay, bribery, voluptuousness, abusing in service sphere, cooperation with criminal the world, at times, are brightly shown.

At times, who is difficult to understand before you - the official at authority, sometimes, much more looks like the gangster, than those gangsters on whom these officials from high tribunes nod. With that difference, that the gangster does not deny that fact, that he is the gangster. Moreover, in connection with observance of the law the gangster living "on concepts" is much more fair state than "colleague" which substitutes concept "LAW" lawful "CONCEPT".
