1882 of birth, native of the Rostov region, member of CPSU since 1923.

Before Patriotic war Phisunov Nikifor worked on mine of a name "Vorovski". At occupation german-fascist intruders of Shakhty city, Phisunov Nikifor together with Kholodov T., Gudkov N. and by others was left in rear of enemy to organize partisan group.

In seized by german city, Phisunov Nikifor has remained together with Kholodov, Gudkov and others with the special task on explosion of mine of a name "Vorovski" and organize partisan group.

Phisunov together with Kholodov and Gudkov has blown up mine, that german could not take advantage of it.

In the autumn of 1942 Phisunov Nikifor has been arrested by gestapo and shoot out.
