He was born in 1909 in farmstead Krukovo Konstantinovski' district of the Rostov region. In Shakhty city has moved from farmstead Kamenni-Brod' Konstantinovski district. Worked in stone career chief of 10 workers. Shakhty has left to front.

Pershickov bravely battled under Stalingrad, forced of Dnepr, was at war on fronts of Ukraine, Moldova.

He was especially distinguished in fights for clearing of Pravobereghnaia Ukraine.

On April 1, 1944 soldiers of a shooting regiment have beaten out fascists from the Moldavian village Pirlitsa. There were beaten out 3 attacks of an enemy. Beginning fourth, the fascists have thrown 5 tanks, BMI and about battalion shooters in rear to ours division. Having solved manner of an enemy, Pershickov by first has developed the cannon and neat fire has destroyed observant point of the enemy and up to 30 German soldiers and officers, has shot down 2 tanks. Soldiers under control of Pershickov have stopped the enemy.

On May 15, 1946 he was awarded rank of the Hero of the Soviet Union.

For shown in fight bravery, stability and the courage, Pershickov was appropriated rank of the Hero of the Soviet Union September 13, 1944.

To the end of war, his breast was decorated with awards of Domestic war and Glory. After a heavy wound under Breslau, he has returned to native city, where worked about last days of life. Has died Pershickov on January 30, 1958.
