Aleksander was born in 1920 in Shakhty city. In 1939 has finished Shakhty's pedagogical school, and in 1940 has ended the Volgograd military political school.

On night September 25, 1943, company under control A. Misin by first in a regiment forced Dnestr and has seized place on an opposite coast of the river, thus having created conditions of successful speeding up of the river to all regiment.

For exemplary performance of the battle mission, On December 17, 1943 to him appropriated a rank of the Hero of the Soviet Union.
