He was born on December 20, 1918 in city Aleksandrovsk - Grushevski, nowadays is Shakhty. In the Soviet Army since 1936.

In 1940 has finished Chuguev's military air school of the pilots.

He is on fronts of Patriotic war since 1942. Deputies of the commander of a squadron 9 Guards fighting air regiment (6-th guards fighting brigade, 8-th air army, Southern front).

Guards the lieutenant Dranishchev by May, 1943 has made 80 battle flights, has brought down 11 planes of opponents.

On August 20, 1943 Eugene Dranishchev has not returned from the mission.
