Once, being in lyrical mood, the thought has come in my head: what and why they say about our city, in the net?
I have take a look - anything. I has thought: it's strange... I have started the search engine - something it have found. I have seen - it was not that I thought. I looked more - not for that.
I have taken offence.
I have thought why any small city in America or some country has small, but history, though and not so good, but site in the Internet? Are we worse? Why nobody has made in this direction of moves?
It could be I'm cunning a little ... There are sites in the network, on pages which one is by and large spoken about Shakhty city. You for certain know them. I shall not speak about it. See.
Rather recently, I have become interested in history of origin of our city. There is much of different conjectures, how it grounded also who was the father - founder of this settlement. TALE - is section, where I as far as possible have tried to renew knowledge of a historical material.
Personally, the people are always interested to me.
PEOPLE. Not laying on side (though also they are interesting), and something makes, doing something kind for people, city and small Native land (or useless, but it me interests to a lesser degree).
I interesting people. People, which one control us - POWER. Not authority is in the pure state, but people, which being its explorers, makes (really and figuratively) this city.
Unfortunately, the imperious structures with reluctance are sharing the information on themselves and similar. It is surprises me not so, as in past (as well as now) it was known, that if much speaks, never will be in a clip of the principals.
Probably, I will be able to complete the work, started in this direction.

The project is completely noncommercial. You can judge it on absence of advertising (well it could itself a little advertised ...). It could be, sometimes this project will develop in commercial (I doubt), but I don't care.
The financing have carried out at the expense of a wage. Fortunately, expenses on material preparation were not so much, as in the beginning guessed. Interestingly that people very far from the network, engineering and other modern distortions, easily went on contact and helped everything, than could. Same time the experts - photographers, programmers, the businessmen, for some reason set questions as: "What I will have from it?" Obviously or not this question sounded always. Probably so should be... But, I was not ready to pay for that I do not gain kopecks for.
I have made it all here. People helped me and they does.
By advices, information, criticism, machine and own time.
They have helped to receive photographic materials, materials of the historical unit, information on the people.
